Your vehicle is held in secure storage until repairs can begin or, if it’s a write-off, until your claim is settled. Storage costs are recovered from the at-fault driver’s insurer.
Where it’s safe to do so: check for injuries and call emergency services if needed, exchange details with the other driver, photograph the damage and the position of both vehicles, and note any witnesses. Then call us and we’ll take it from there.
